At Caerleon Comprehensive School, our Heads of Year accompany their students throughout their journey, fostering strong relationships and support. As students reach Year 11, the Head of Year transitions back to Year 7, creating a unique opportunity to guide a new generation This continuity allows for a deeper understanding of our students' needs at every stage of their education. We believe that this approach strengthens our school community and enhances the student experience.
